Whirlpool Whimsy
Avid Cruiser Jeff Rowland has been following my Silver Cloud cruise virtually. He writes from his home, "One of the main areas I like to take advantage of are the whirlpools whenever I cruise. Would like to hear your opinions on what Regent, Seabourn and Silverse has to offer in this area."
I can certainly say that what Silver Cloud offers is adequate, and yes, the whirlpools have been put to good use on this sailing. The photo above, however, was taken when the ship was nearly empty - passengers were out on tours in St. Petersburg. There are two whirlpools on the pool deck as well as a sauna at the spa.
